In one way or another, we have been dependent on someone for our success or successes. You may have called that person search your counselor, best friend, cheer leader, mentor, or even pastor troy.
However you may want to wake up call him or her there is no doubt that – that person search has had an impact and influence in your good life. That person search has, essentially, led you to what you are and where you are right now. So it is not surprising that many have attempted to describe the essence of leadership development.
In much the same way, the art of blogging is pretty much aligned with the art of leadership development. As a blogger, you are not only posting | publishing articles | contents to rant, rave, or inform – you are, also – most importantly, having an influence to your regular readers | subscribers. Whether your readers | subscribers agree with you or not, you are leading and enticing them to keep coming back and applying to their blogs and probably to their personal lives what they have learned from you… and through your blog.
Perhaps the briefest definition of leadership development states, “leadership is influenceâ€. And so, blogging is influence too – among others.
